Redington Steel aka Steele Man is a 4yr old registered red roan gelding that stands 15.1hh. I cannot say enough good things about this guy. Steele man has been ridden many miles in the Big South Fork, as well as the beaches of Florida. For a 4 year old horse, he has been put through the obstacles, on overnight camping trips and is willing to please. This nice young gelding is suitable for almost any level rider. He will walk on a loose rein all day, or step up and ride when asked. He has no problem riding out alone or in large groups. Steele Man will carry your saddle bags, chain saw, or anything you need and still ride just the same. He is focused on one thing, and that’s his job. He isn’t gun shy, and as you can see from the video is not shy from loud noises or tarps. We have threw firecrackers, and other large fireworks off of Steele Man, and he did nothing but a small flinch as shown. ATVS, Motorcycles, and other farm equipment do not bother him. Steele man is the kind of guy you can take out an enjoy all day, or throw your non horse friends on and not have to worry about. He has no problem crossing creeks, steep hills or large ditches. He is a gentleman for mount and dismount, and will stand until asked to step off. He stands to be bathed, clipped and for the farrier. Steele Man has all the looks, color and brains you could ask for, all wrapped up in a young horse to last a lifetime!
