Ich verkaufe meinen 2 Jährigen Warlander Hengst schweren Herzens aufgrund von Auswanderung wo er leider nicht mit kann. Elrond ist ein toller junger Bub. Er ist sensibel und eher ein „ein-Mann-Pferd“. Er richtet sich sehr nach seiner Bezugsperson. Fremde Situationen sind zwar erstmal etwas gruselig, wenn man ihn aber heranführt ist die Sache dann in Ordnung und gar nicht mehr so gruselig wie vermutet. Er kennt den Schmied und den Tierarzt, fährt Hänger und auch sonst ist er an Alltägliches gewöhnt. Traktoren, Autos, Planen, andere Tiere wie Hunde, Katzen, Ziegen, Hühner, Schafe, Gänse,…. alles kein Problem. Ich hatte mit ihm noch nie die Situation, dass er nicht händelbar oder kopflos war. Er ist immer mit einem Ohr bei seiner Bezugsperson. Ich habe mit ihm viel geübt. Er lässt sich einwandfrei führen, er weicht und lässt sich rückwärts richten. Hufe geben und überall anfassen sind ebenso kein Problem. Er ist sehr verschmust und fordert das manchmal sogar ein. Er war noch nie krank und ist Ekzemfrei. Sein Thema sind allerdings Sprays. Wir üben seit einiger Zeit mit Mähnen- und Fliegenspray aber das findet er bisher super gruselig. Er ist bis er einjährig war mit seiner Mutter im Herdenverband aufgewachsen. Einjährig kam er zu mir und stand von da an auch immer in der Herde. Er ist sehr sozial und weiß sich auch unterzuordnen. Sein Endmaß wird um die 1,60 m sein. Elrond hat 75% Iberer Anteil. Sein Vater ist der tolle und erfolgreiche Lusitano Inefavel (I-Don Malagueno). Elrond wurde als Fohlen ebenfalls prämiert. Derzeit ist seine Farbe noch Smoky Grullo, tendiert allerdings dazu, Schimmel zu werden. Er hat außerdem wunderschöne Gänge und ist sehr wendig.
