Chestnut mare for sale

With a heavy heart, I am selling my chestnut mare.  
She is 11 years old.  
Height approximately 1.63-1.65 m.  
She is currently in a muscle-building phase.  
I plan to ride her again in 1-2 weeks.  
She is not suitable for beginners.  
She is a horse that simply wants to please.  
She previously had a minor bout of laminitis in my possession, but not anymore!  
On some (windy) days, she can be quite spooky, but she remains manageable.  
Her teeth have just been recently floated, and she is always very gentle during the process.  
She is regularly dewormed and vaccinated.  
Price is negotiable; my priority is that she goes to a good, caring home.  
She is currently in a pasture turnout and gets along very well there.

She has a small swelling in front of her fetlock on the left leg, which has been present for about 12 weeks. The veterinarian examined it and took X-rays, but nothing serious could be found.  
She does not limp, and there is no warmth or heat in the area.  
It does not affect her in any way!
