Have you spent your life dreaming of having your own team of mules to take you, your friends, and your family on wagon rides through the scenic trails of the countryside? Meet Barney and Thelma Lou! We are proud to offer this team that is beginner friendly, safe enough to trust with your family, and as honest as the day is long. While they are confident hitched side by side under harness, they are also broke to ride and pack!
Barney and Thelma Lou are a well-trained team that can be easily hitched by one person. They have been used on wagon trains, working around the farm, and have been hitched to all types of farm equipment including grain wagons. They ride well together and also pack well together. This handsome couple are in the prime of their life and would make a great addition to anyone's farm as well as family.
Barney and Thelma Lou are both easy to catch, not ear shy, and are both used to having their feet handled. Whether driving down the highway, gravel road, or through the fields, this team is easy to handle and so much fun to work with. Thelma Lou has a mass on her lower left side. It has been examined by a veterinarian, and they stated that it was comparable to a wart and was not of any concern. We absolutely love this team and know that you will too! If you have any questions about Barney and Thelma Lou or would like to meet them prior to the auction ending, please contact Dillon at Rafter D Mules 651-303-7056.
