This 2012-born, purebred PRE gelding (Andalusian with registration papers from ANCCE) is the ideal partner for children with dressage and competition ambitions—or for adult riders who find his 15.1 hh stature suitable :) Born and raised on the small island of Menorca, he has competed up to SICAB COPA ANCCE (the PRE World Championship), finishing in second place, and placed fourth at the Spanish National Championships! This already speaks volumes about his quality, especially considering he was ridden by a child!
If you're looking for a reliable, safe, child-friendly, and easy-to-ride horse, he is the perfect choice.
He is ridden with a double-broken snaffle bit and is very responsive, always attentive to the rider’s voice, and gives his best—never making a wrong move. His training is so excellent that he even shifts his hips to the side if he needs to relieve himself in the arena, ensuring a clean first step. This also reflects his well-rounded upbringing—everything about him is just right, and you can always trust him in handling children and inexperienced horse people.
On the longe line, he responds perfectly to voice commands, remains calm and well-behaved without fuss.
In handling, he walks calmly on the lead, stands perfectly still for grooming and tacking, naturally gives his hooves, and stands quietly during bathing without fidgeting. He is also trailer- and truck-loading trained, thanks to his many competitions.
His owner has built a small equestrian paradise where the gelding lives 24/7 in an open stable. He is trained several times a week to maintain his balance, receives physiotherapy several times a year, his teeth are checked annually, and he is regularly vaccinated and dewormed.
He has rarely been taken out on trail rides, but he is a typical trustworthy partner—ready to be mounted spontaneously with a halter and lead rope, even just for fun in the arena.
His excellent, even musculature, shiny coat, and flexibility under saddle clearly show how well he is cared for.
Such confident horses are rare, especially when they are so child-friendly and suitable for young riders.
Location: Menorca.
Videos and pedigree available upon request.
Price reflects his quality.
I am happy to arrange a pre-purchase exam, training, castration, transport, or even your travel plans if you wish to see him in person. Details are available on my website or in a personal conversation.
