Seasoned on the trail and confident in the arena, Jericho brings true versatility, athleticism, and a bright, willing mind to every ride, making him a standout partner for all your adventures!
Jericho has been my personal partner on the trail. He’s sure-footed, calm, and confident. Travels through creeks, up and down inclines, down winding paths, over rocky terrain, and even navigating his own path through thick underbrush when normal paths were impassable, he handles it all with patience and a steady step. Jericho will ride away from the group or stand patiently as others ride away. He is unbothered when other riders pick up the pace in front of him, never changes speed unless asked. He stands patiently for mounting and waits until you ask him to ride off. He’s been very enjoyable to bring along with friends on weekend rides.
Jericho is confident in the arena. A fun, forward ride, he travels both directions on the correct lead, moves laterally, transitions smoothly, and has a nice stop. He has been lightly started over cross rails. He’s a natural! Has plenty of scope & the willingness to pursue stadium jumping with a confident rider.
On the farm, Jericho has helped us gather cattle alongside stock dogs. Opens & closes gates. He’s unbothered by UTV/ATV’s, large farm equipment, and is comfortable around other livestock.
Jericho is an easy to own horse. He has impeccable stall manners, always neat & tidy. Also perfectly content living outside. He turns out in a mixed herd, no issues & is easy to catch. A gentleman to load & haul.
