TEXAS STAR
Tall, dark, and handsome! Texas Star is a 17.1 hand, 6 year old, percheron cross gelding. Gorgeous, young, and professionally started this guy is not one you'll want to miss out on! He is a total dreamboat with good looks and a super sweet disposition. Tex is comfy enough to ride all day and smooth enough to write home about! He is sturdy as they come and athletic enough to do any job; and handsome to boot.

Texas Star is well broke English and Western. He has three lovely, adjustable gaits both inside and outside of the ring. His canter is uphill, adjustable, and rhythmic - it’s truly to die for. He is happy to go trail riding, cross water and bridges, take a jumping lesson, or show off in the dressage ring. With his western training, he excels in ranch and pleasure work. He can go on a leisurely trail ride one day and tackle a jumping lesson the next. He responds well to seat and leg cues and is soft in the bridle. He also has great movement, smooth transitions, and flashy looks that would make him a standout in the dressage ring.
On the ground, Texas Star is sweet and respectful. He picks up his feet politely and is good for bathing. He lives next to a gun range and is used to loud noises. He is snuggly, but never pushy. He loves being groomed and would be happy to hang out with you all day. He will always make you smile with his puppy dog personality and his sweet demeanor.
In the field, Tex is easygoing in a herd. He can be turned out with others and he is good in a stall. He is easy to catch and usually meets you at the gate.

Texas Star is an easy keeper. He does not currently take any supplements or require maintenance. He has no known vices of any kind. He has great feet and a solid build. No known soundness or health issues.
Horses like this don’t come along often. What makes this horse special is that he is always agreeable and sensible with great manners and incredible athleticism. This is the type of horse you always look forward to seeing. Texas Star is ready to find his special someone!
