Rarity: Sir Donnerhall *Gesine – Full brother of the legendary Gesina

Socrates is a full brother to Gesina, the most renowned mare in dressage horse breeding of recent decades.

We acquired him as an embryo, and he has fulfilled all expectations. His presence, expression, and fundamental gaits are truly exceptional. Gesina's full sister is an undisputed top mare in dressage breeding, with ten licensed sons. Socrates and Gesina come from a pairing of Sir Donnerhall I with Gesine, a daughter of Blue Hors Don Schufro. This means the influence of the famous Donnerhall is present twice in the third generation of Gesina’s pedigree. This renowned Hanoverian lineage is also the dam line of the legendary, highly regarded KWPN stallion Voltaire. The combination of Gesine and Sir Donnerhall I represents exceptional genetics, uniting world-class stallions like Sir Donnerhall I and Donnerhall. It stands for above-average movement quality, an impeccable interior, tremendous expression, and outstanding rideability.  

Socrates is very gentle and approachable, confident, and very well conformed. His walk is outstanding (though unfortunately not fully demonstrated in the video)... you really need to see him in person.
