A recreational horse and a promising broodmare prospect

Codina E is a lovely mare with extensive competition experience. Nowadays she is only used for recreational riding. She is extremely well-behaved under saddle, never puts a foot wrong, and even children can enjoy riding her. In 2016, she also competed at the World Championships for Young Show Jumping Horses in Lanaken. Besides her qualities as a riding horse, Codina E could also be an interesting broodmare. 
Sire
Codex One competed at 1.60m level himself and is a son of Contendro I, who competed internationally and became one of the most influential sires in both showjumping and eventing. 

Dam
Dam Illusion is a Hauptstutbuch mare by Indoctro, the famous KWPN sire who competed at 1.40m level himself. Besides Codina E, she also produced Kaya MK, who competes at 1.35m level. 

Granddam
Granddam Laconda is a daughter of Landgraf I and produced, among others, C'est Charmant, who competed at 1.20m showjumping and L2 dressage level. 

Great-granddam
Great-granddam Paresta belongs to the proven Holsteiner dam line 1094. This family produced, among others, Lambadero 2 (1.30m showjumping), Summertime (1.35m showjumping) and eventer Shadow 2 (CIC1*).

The seller states that this horse was originally purchased as "as is / where is" and is being offered under the same conditions. No recent X-rays are available. Any clinical findings are listed in the veterinarian's clinical report.
