I am excited to introduce you to ML FARMS FREYJA, she's known as Freyja around the farm. As the old myth goes her name means the goddess of love and beauty. She lives up to her name with her beautiful deep dunn coloring, her extremely thick two tone mane and tail, her silky black feathers and her adorable muzzle that looks like she's dipped her nose in a glass of milk. Freyja is an extremely rare registered Gypsy Vanner (Fdtn Ldr TROOPER), Fjord cross (Sgf Kelley) She is 4 years old and stands a sturdy 14.3hh. This cross did not disappoint. From the beautiful feathering, mane and tail that Gypsys are known for to the dunn coloring, two toned mane and gentle demeanor fjords are famous for she truly has the best of both breeds. Freyja is well broke to ride. She will walk, trot and canter with ease. She knows both leads and has excellent transitions both upward and down. Freyja loves the trails and will go any direction you point her in. She's been thru our full desensitization program and has passed every test from flags to pool noodles, tarps and bridges with elegance and ease. Sitting on Freyja is about as comfortable as sitting on your favorite recliner. All of her gaits are smooth, steady and rhythmical. She's a delight to ride. On the ground she's extremely inquisitive. She is easy to catch in any size field and stands tied anywhere for anything. She has had 30 days in harness as well. In the arena she knows all lateral movements and has even been started over fences. She jumps in stellar form and will excel as a hunter.
