This resort is known for its family atmosphere and for its many entertainments for the little ones in the house.

This family property has been maintained with great care since the grandfather built it himself in 1977, so that it is in impeccable condition today.  
 

He liked to grow his own vegetables and have his own chickens, so he has this little corner for that too if you fancy it.  
 

The stable was built in 2012 on a whim so that children and grandchildren could enjoy the horses when they came to visit him. It has 3 large, well ventilated boxes with automatic waterers and an anti-freeze system so they never run out of water. We used to leave the boxes open so the horses could come and go as they pleased, as the paddock is bounded by the surrounding properties and surrounded by electric tape.  
 

The cottage is very large and warm. It has a large living room of 60 m where you can gather around a magnificent fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a mezzanine and an office. The kitchen opens onto a terrace, so you can enjoy your meals outside every day.   

The lower part of the house includes a garage, a laundry room, a cellar and a workshop.   

There is ample parking for all the family vehicles, but also for the van or trailer. There are also 2 barns that can be used as a garage or to store horse feed.  

This is definitely a unique property for all that it has and for the location, but in addition, the land surrounding the cottage and the stable is buildable, so you can imagine other different projects for you; more boxes, more houses....
