Strong-willed Arabian mare

With a heavy heart, I am seeking a suitable, experienced home for my mare Soraya.

Soraya will turn four years old in April and has been raised by me. She is very curious, eager to learn, and generally very affectionate towards people. Initially, she can be somewhat wary of strangers, but she warms up once she has gained trust – then she is very clingy and seeks close contact with her human.

She requires clear, calm communication. If she doesn’t understand something, she can sometimes overreact. Overall, she has a spirited temperament and is therefore not suitable for beginners. Like many Arabians, she can be startled occasionally, but she is easy to calm quickly.

This is not an urgent sale – making this decision has not been easy for me. It is very important to me that she finds her way into experienced, loving hands that will give her security and the time she needs.

Due to time constraints, I haven’t been able to give her the attention she deserves recently, which is the main reason for her sale.
