Fitte Stute als Beisteller oder Reitpferd

For sale is a 20-year-old brown mare.  
She has a height of approximately just over 1.60m.  
A few weeks ago, we started retraining her after about a year off from riding (due to the owner's illness).  
Super nice horse, very light to the aids, can be ridden with "a little finger," with a healthy go, not suitable for beginners.  
Currently, she has some balance issues in the canter due to not having fully rebuilt her musculature yet. However, with some training, this will surely not be a problem for long.  
Very people-oriented, she enjoys attention and loves to be cuddled.  
She stands very calmly at the grooming area and loves to be pampered.  
We wish for her a great home as a companion or also as a riding horse in leisure activities with a more experienced rider.  
According to the previous owner, the mare has already had 5 or 6 foals, pedigree see photos.  
We vaccinated her once last month (influenza and tetanus).  
Her hooves have been freshly done, she was last dewormed in May, and her teeth are in good condition, having been done in January. She is currently still on pasture 24/7 and is also familiar with being in a stable at night.  
We are not aware of any illnesses, and she has not shown any unusual behavior with us so far.
