Introducing Rouge a 2018 model gorgeous buckskin gelding who stands at 15.1 hands! He is bred correct with thick bones and great confirmation! He is one to turn heads anywhere you go… He’s not your average looking buckskin that’s for sure!! He also carries a heart of gold with him that’s full of love! He really is a puppy dog with people and he loves kids! He has the calmest demeanor and really is just that gentle solid gelding! He also is a super easy keeper, you can put him in a field with mares or keep him in a stall by himself and he’ll be content!
His personality makes this horse who he is he is just that low headed GENTLE gelding who you could shoot a canon off next to and he wouldn’t bat an eye!!! He has a ton of patience to deal with VERY green riders. This horse is bombproof with no buck or rear! You can let him sit for months and put your grandma on him and he would walk right off! He is gentle for the whole family to ride with or without time off!
He has been a family ranch horse most of his life up north in the Badlands. He has ran cattle, doctored wheat cattle, roped LOTS of calves and cattle, checked fence, Anything you need done on a ranch he’s done. You and your daughter can rope of this horse or ranch off of him with no issues. He is a TRUE ranch horse and has been all of his life. With that he has seen almost all the trails you can think of so when you think of a trail horse think of him. He has no spook at all throughout the trails and does really good overnight camping as well! In the arena he is quiet and easy to get along with! He is broke correct with a good stop, turnaround, and keeps his lead low. Its very easy to get along with horse in the arena even a very green rider can easily get along with him!
