🔥 𝑨𝒍𝒍-𝑨𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐑 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝑺𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 🔥 Happening now thru MONDAY | SEPTEMBER 7th - Available EXCLUSIVELY on HorseBid's website! For more details and to register visit: www.Horsebid.com CONSIGNOR CONTACT: Rolling Rock Farms 814-924-3828 LOCATION: Miola Pa BREED: Quarter horse REGISTERED: No REGISTERED NAME: Jim Beam COLOR: Sorrel HEIGHT: 15.1 AGE: 8 GENDER: Gelding Jim Beam is the kind of horse that is hard not to appreciate. He is an 8 year old, 15.1 hand sorrel gelding who is very broke, willing, and dependable both in the arena and out on the trail. He has a good turnaround, an easy neck rein, carries both leads at a lope, and has a nice, deep stop. He will trot around quietly and nicely, and he is the kind of horse you can take your time with and enjoy riding. Jim Beam has also been exposed to plenty of things that can make a horse think twice. He will carry the flag and a tarp without making a fuss, and he will cut a flag or let you throw a rope off of him. He takes everything in stride and doesn’t need to be constantly reassured. He is the type of horse that gives you confidence because you can trust him to stay thinking even when you put him in a new situation. Outside is where Jim Beam really shines. He crosses water, rides through brush, handles traffic, and is comfortable around dogs. He doesn’t care whether he is at the front of the group or bringing up the back, and he doesn’t get worked up if the other horses get ahead of him. He is also happy to leave the group and go out alone, which is something we really value in a trail horse. He is content to go wherever you point him and just keeps going. He is equally nice to have around on the ground. Jim Beam is easy to catch and is lower on the pecking order in a mixed herd. He gets along well with other horses and does just as well turned out on pasture as he does in a stall. He stands quietly cross tied and is good for tacking, bathing, clipping, and the farrier. He is shod on all four because of our rocky terrain and stands well throughout the shoeing process. Jim Beam also loads and hauls well, making him easy to take along for a day away from home. Whether you’re headed out trail riding, spending the day working cattle, throwing a rope, or just wanting a nice arena ride, he is happy to go along and do his job. He has the broke, willing attitude we all look for in a horse, but he still has enough ability and versatility to keep things interesting. Most importantly, Jim Beam is simply a good minded horse that is enjoyable to be around. He has been a pleasure to own and ride, and he is the kind of horse you can appreciate more the more you do with him. He isn’t just a horse that looks good on paper. He is a horse that you can actually take out, put to work, and enjoy.
