Malone is soft in the bridle, responsive to leg cues, and offers a comfortable walk, trot, canter that make for an enjoyable ride. In the arena, on the trail, or working around the ranch, Malone remains calm, confident, and dependable.
On the trail, Malone is surefooted and relaxed, crosses creeks, goes up and down inclines, and handles various terrain with ease. He rides well in a group and is equally happy heading out alone. Malone remains comfortable and composed in new places and situations. He is traffic safe and has been ridden alongside the four-lane highway and in to town.
