Meet Big Jim, the laid-back legend of the horse world! This 7-year-old flashy paint gelding is not just a pretty face with his striking blue eyes; he’s a solid 15.1 hands of pure chill. If you’re after a horse that takes life at a leisurely pace, Big Jim is your guy. He’s all about cruising around the arena, showing off his smooth walk, trot, and lope, complete with a nice stop and a backup that would impress even the most seasoned cowboys. What’s truly remarkable about Big Jim is his easygoing nature. You could climb on him like a jungle gym, and he wouldn’t bat an eye at a waving flag, a bouncy ball, or even a tarp flapping about. He’s your trusty trail companion, ready to tackle hills, cross rushing streams, and navigate rough patches without breaking a sweat. He’s even done some cattle work checking fences and gathering. And let’s not forget his city skills! Big Jim has strutted through town like he owns the place, unfazed by honking cars or bustling crowds. He’s a dream for the farrier, doesn’t mind water, and is all current on his vaccinations. For more info or to chat about this gentle giant, reach out to Beau Mendala 831-732-9074.
