Xerox is a 7 year old AQHA gelding standing 15.3 hands high. He is a son of great horses like Duel Ray, Xerox Peppy and a long lineage of phenomenal horses. There are some horses that we look forward to riding every day, and Xerox is one of them. He is just so simple, easy, and safe in any and all situations. Xerox is the type of horse that can go from trotting around with the kids, to jumping cross country, to the trails with the husband, all in the same day and do all the jobs well. He has the brain and kind nature for beginners needing a confidence boost, and the talent for the more seasoned rider to enjoy. He brings out the best in every rider, and always leaves you with a smile after you ride. Xerox is a puppy dog on the ground, and as sweet and kind as can be.
In the ring, Xerox is easy and fun. He has three comfortable gaits, good brakes, and transitions. He is quiet and easy to get along with. He does lessons weekly with the kids, and is tolerant of nervous, timid, and unbalanced riders. He is starting put together basic dressage tests, and putting together courses in the ring.
On the trails and off property, Xerox is brave and honest. He is a blast on the cross country course! He jumps everything you point him at, and will be very easy for an amateur or junior to bring up the levels. On the trails, he rides alone or in a group. The kids take him on hacks around the farm after lessons, and they pop him over the small logs and coupes along the trails.
In the barn, Xerox is sweet as can be. He loves people, and is polite and gentle with everyone. He is a good boy to be groomed, bathed, tacked, and clipped, and genuinely enjoys any and all attention. He is the first to the fence in the pasture, and will follow you around like a puppy dog. He lives out 24/7 and gets along well with everyone. He is a good boy when stalled, and has no quirks or vices.
Xerox is available to be tried at our farm in Clover, SC by appointment.
