Russell is a 7yo 15.2h QH gelding. This guy is so much fun. In the barn he is kind and easy. He is great in group turnout and is easy to catch. Under saddle this guy has a lot of miles in a variety of jobs but nothing overly formal. He rides English and Western, bareback too. He is light in the bridle with a good headset and an easy whoa. He has three comfortable and balanced gaits that are also very adjustable. He jumps a small course of fences and his changes have been started. Out of the ring this guy is brave, willing and honest. He has seen many miles through the trails, down the road and even up in the mountains. He is traffic and dog safe and will ride out alone or with company. He goes anywhere he is asked and will ride though the toughest terrain and go over, under or through anything. One of his favorite things is going trail blazing. He truly will go absolutely anywhere you point him. He has worked the ranch, seen the cows and had a rope thrown off of him. He is not phased by a busy day on the ranch. He has also gone out to track cows, catch strays and check fences. This guy is the type to be your absolute best friend in life. He aims to please and is really a smart boy. He loves having a job, but he loves his person more. He just wants to keep you happy. He is barefoot with no vices or maintenance. This guy is ready for his person, family or program. He is ready to be finished with one job or continue as a jack of all trades. No matter what, he will always be your best friend.
