Meet Gary - he is the most adorable, thick made little youth horse. Gary is wicked good on a cow and just as good in the pattern classes. Nothing phases this guy. Take him on a stroll downtown on mainstreet, between all of the honking cars or trail ride through belly deep river waters at the house, he is happy to do it all. He truly is an all around top notch horse!
Gary was started in a cowhorse barn where he took great care of his amateur girl, going down the fence with a cow and through the Missouri state parks. For the last several years, he has been a girl’s first love! She showed Gary in every Ranch event at all of the local shows, hauled to all of the big shows across the central US and successfully showed the American Quarter Horse Versatility Ranch Horse World show in Amarillo, Texas in 2024 & 2025!
We really mean this horse is an all around- tarps, water, drags, cars, rivers, hills, cows, kids, Halloween and Christmas costume classes, he has done it all and with a SMILE! Gary is up for anything you can dream up and will keep you safe while doing it. He moves off of leg pressure, seat and knows all of the verbal cues as well. Gary does fine outside in a group pen or is just as happy to stand in a stall. He hauls without stressing and will load and unload like a true gentleman.
This little girl hates to let him go, because he’s such an amazing show horse, but she is ready to focus her attention on a young horse so she can continue to grow as a rider. Don't let Gary slip by! He is one of the best we know you will love him!
