"Tuckers Thiftwood" AKA Tucker is a 15 hand 6 year old bay registered AQHA gelding that is well trained and a blast to have around, Tucker neckreins, sidepasses and has a big stop. He picks up both his leads and has a smooth walk trot and canter. Tucker is a great trail horse, he goes over logs, through water and wherever you point him with no issues. We have also ridden him down the main highway into town and through all the traffic and he dont mind any of it, he rides by himself or in a group. We have also used Tucker to push cattle and check fences here on the farm.
He is very versatile and takes to whatever task you put in front of him. Tucker also rides english and will take a jump as well, he is gentle and rides around on a loose rein and enjoys life. He does well inside or turned out in a mixed herd.
Tucker stands to be bathed, shod, tacked and mounted. We have exposed Tucker to tarps, bouncy balls and carried the flag with him, and he takes to it like a walk in the park.
