Introducing Covid Hackberry, or as we like to call him Cody. He’s an absolutely outstanding horse that would make anybody happy and will go in any direction you ask him. He is a registered AQHA red roan, he stands approximately 14.3 hands and has a perfect stocky thick build to him with a nice little head and a kind eye, and nice feet. On the ground Cody is an absolutely puppy dog! He is in your pocket style and is always the first to meet you at the gate. He loves attention and is always calm and relaxed. He has great ground manners and a calm demeanor. Cody will pick up all four feet with ease, is great for the farrier, stands great for the vet and to get baths, groom and tack. Cody is an absolute pleasure to ride, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider you’ll get along with Cody. He is always relaxed with a level head, not spooky and very willing to do whatever you ask. He has a great one hand neck rein, moves off leg pressure and transitions his gaits perfectly. He will have a nice 360 spin/pivot and a great frame. Cody will side pass, work gates, and is a smooth ride. He is soft in the bridle with a great head set and buttons. Before I got Cody he was a finished rope horse on the heel side. With me I use Cody as a trail horse, we travel all over the place trail riding. He will go out in group or alone. He is steady and willing. I also take Cody to weekend Ranch pleasure and ranch trail shows where he does fantastic. He can be in the pen alone or with 25 other horses and nothing phases him. He keeps a low level head at a loose rein and slow easy jog and a nice loose rein long trot and lope. I really think Cody will be happy in any direction you want to take him wether it be western, English, trail or ranch he’s very versatile and easy to get along with. Cody will be current on his vaccinations, deworming, and coggins test. For any more information on Cody give me a call or text! Thank you and give his video a watch!
