Braver Quarter Horse Wallach- Asthmatiker!!

Unfortunately, due to various personal reasons, I will need to rehome my horse if I find the right person for him.  
My dream would be for him to stay where he is and not have to move, but this is not a must.  
He is a 17-year-old Quarter Horse gelding, who has been used mainly for leisure riding in the countryside and occasionally in the arena. Therefore, he is only suitable as a leisure horse.  
He is polite, no nicks, well-behaved, somewhat lazy, but can also give a bit of gas when asked.  
In the field, he is fearless and brave.  
He measures approximately 150 cm, is barefoot with hoof boots, as he is a bit sensitive without them.  
Since the beginning of the year, he has been diagnosed with equine asthma and is currently symptom-free, thanks to a dust-free environment I’ve provided with an open stall, plenty of turnout, dust-free hay, and shavings bedding.  

He may have a slight osteoarthritis in his left knee, which does not cause him problems but is why I tend to ride him longer in the winter. It does not restrict him in walk, trot, or canter, and he moves without issues.  
I suspect it only because he is a bit more sluggish at the beginning on cold days or doesn’t like to lift his hoof as high as usual. After movement, these issues completely disappear.  
With increased activity and muscle development, it improves significantly. Currently, I lack the time, so he has lost some condition.  
He is sold as a fully rideable leisure horse, and I wish for him to go to someone who can ride him daily. Whether ground work, lunging, pole work, desensitization training, riding in the arena or in the field, he does everything well.  
He is happiest in the terrain, whether alone or with others.  

He is regularly dewormed, vaccinated, and had his teeth done this year.  
He has AQHA papers and has been with me for five years. I love him very much, which is why I can only consider rehoming him to someone I see as a good match.  
I am aware that he has some baggage, so he is being offered at a very fair price for a perfect new home.  

I want to emphasize that he is fully rideable and unconditionally sound. He is not a companion horse but enjoys running and working.  

The custom-made Western saddle from CR (California Ranch), including a mohair pad from 5 Stars, can be purchased additionally, as well as a hay steamer from Haygain if needed.
