This 13-year-old bay gelding stands 15.2 hands and has been with us for the past 6 years. He’s been used primarily for trail riding and arena work and is a solid, enjoyable horse when kept in a consistent program. He is very broke in the bridle, soft, and responsive—making him a pleasure to ride. He’s gentle-minded but not lazy, with a good balance of willingness and feel. To be upfront: he does best with consistency. If left sitting, he can come back fresh and has shown the ability to buck if not properly worked down. Because of this, he is best suited for a confident, experienced rider who understands how to keep a horse in a routine. When ridden regularly, he settles in well and is a dependable, enjoyable partner. He carries the influence of Invitation Only, one of the most recognized western pleasure bloodlines, known for trainability, movement, and a good-minded disposition. We’re offering him for sale simply because he’s not being used to his full potential by no fault of his own. He deserves a home where he’ll be ridden and appreciated consistently. If you’re looking for a broke, well-bred gelding and understand the value of keeping one in a program, this horse is worth a serious look. For more information, contact Ryan at 573-673-5788.
