Izzy is the kind of horse every parent hopes to find. She is a true sweetheart with a kind soul and a steady mind. At 11 years old and standing 13.1 hands, she is the perfect size for kids, proving that the best horses don’t have to be big to be amazing. If you’re searching for a truly safe, bombproof, and trustworthy horse for your child, Izzy checks every box. She has safely carried true beginners all over miles of trails and has patiently taught riders who are just learning the basics. At the same time, she is talented and trained enough to help more advanced kids continue to grow and gain confidence. Izzy has absolutely no spook, buck, rear, or funny business. She goes wherever you point her with confidence and ease. She crosses water, bridges, and obstacles without hesitation and stays calm in new or busy environments. She has carried flags, participated in parades, and handles noise and crowds like a pro. In the arena, Izzy is just as reliable. She knows her leads, collects nicely, and is easy for kids to steer and control. She will step up and “fancy up” for more advanced youth riders, but remains patient, forgiving, and kind for beginners who are still learning. She is the type of horse that helps kids feel safe and successful every ride. Izzy has been around cows, has even roped a few, and can be counted on for ranch tasks as well. As well as western riding, she will go English and has been over poles, and is just as pretty in that discipline. She is versatile, willing, and always tries her best. On the ground, Izzy is as gentle as they come. She is sweet, loving, and easy for kids to handle with supervision. She stands tied quietly, clips, bathes, and tacks up effortlessly. She is respectful, calm, and enjoys attention. Horses like Izzy are incredibly hard to find — a true kids’ horse that can safely take care of beginners while still having the training and ability to grow with them. She is the kind of horse that builds confidence, creates smiles, and keeps kids safe. She is located in Bitterwater, CA. For more info or to come see her in person contact Cheyenne Rey at 831-537-8746.
