Pistol Annie is a beautiful red roan pony mare with an all the chrome you could ask for. She stands the perfect 13 hands - big enough for a small adult and small enough for the kids! She has been used out on the ranch, ridden down the trails and is lightly started over fences and absolutely loves it!
Pistol Annie knows a days work and has been branded off of, doctored off of and roped off of extensively. She is extremely handy and can run and is strong to the horn. She has a ton of grit and will go all day. She can keep up with the big horses no problem. She has tracked the roping sled and could easily make a western performance horse for a handier kid.
Pistol Annie has been very lightly started over fences and this little girl FLIES over them. She has the most beautiful form and a crazy amount of scope. She has a decent lead change already and would make a phenomenal jumper for a handier kid.
Pistol Annie pastures well with others, is great for the farrier, has good ground manners and is safe for even the littler ones to handle and be around. She is respectful of personal space and pays attention. We have lead lined our daughter off of her.
Pistol Annie is extremely safe but forward moving and enjoys going to do something so we would recommend a handy kid or small adult at this stage in her life. There is no task too big or day too long for her. She has absolutely no buck, bolt, bite, etc to her. She is very laid back to be around.
Pistol Annie is sound, straight and clean legged. She is currently shod all the way around. She is UTD and sells with a current PPE on file (see photos for documentation).
