Jessica von Bredow-Werndl and her 15-year-old Trakehner mare Dalera BB delivered at the World Cup Final.

Jessica von Bredow-Werndl and Dalera once again danced to their well-known freestyle with music from La La Land. Dalera went light-footed through the arena and Jessica von Bredow-Werndl’s aids were not visible. Horse and rider merged into one during the freestyle.

With 90.836 percent, the two scratched her personal best of 91.732 percent, which won her the gold medal in Tokyo. “It felt even better than in Tokyo,” Jessica von Bredow-Werndl said after her success.

The start was particularly emotional, as it was the last one for the time being. Because Jessica von Bredow-Werndl is expecting her second child in August and will not present Dalera internationally for the next six months. For the rider it is the first victory in a World Cup Final and joins a long series of victories.

In second place was Cathrin Dufour with her Westphalian Vamos Amigos by Vitalis. The two achieved a score of 86.164 percent.

Isabell Werth and Weihegold OLD made it to third place with a final score of 85.821 percent.
