Xanjo was born with us in May this year. He is the first foal of our home-bred mare Ananda.
He is growing up naturally in a herd alongside a playmate of the same age. Our horses live in an open stable system with access to spacious pastures. He is naturally accustomed to being led in a halter, picking up his feet, travelling in a trailer, etc., and takes everything in his stride. This charming young gentleman is characterised by his curiosity and bravery. He is people-oriented and has already outgrown his “nipping phase”. Around people, he is very trusting yet respectful.
Ananda’s dam is an Appaloosa, while her sire is the highly approved black Lusitano stallion Trinco II, an excellent dressage horse. Xanjo’s sire is Ibanero AR, a successful Working Equitation stallion. He was bred and licensed at the Portuguese National Stud and is characterised by his calm temperament, willingness to please and desire for perfection in his movements.
Xanjo is ¾ Lusitano and ¼ Appaloosa – a brilliant combination of elegance and a well-muscled build.
He will develop into a versatile horse who will go through thick and thin with his person, whether in Western riding, dressage, Working Equitation, driving or on trail rides. Thanks to his robust and natural upbringing, he has the best prerequisites to become a sure-footed and bold riding horse.
He is welcome to stay with us for further rearing.

Został wyhodowany i uznany w Portugalskiej Stadninie Narodowej.
To genialne połączenie elegancji i mocnej, umięśnionej budowy.
