Trail Lesson Ranch Gypsy Cross Mare

This mare is truly one in a million! She is safe, honest, reliable, gorgeous, and willing.
Living up to her name, Pocket is a very “in your pocket” horse. She loves people, is extremely sweet, and has amazing ground manners. Pocket loads, leads, ties, and stands for the vet and farrier. She is great with other horses and livestock and doesn’t have a mean bone in her body!
Pocket is very versatile and has done a little bit of everything! From trail riding up in the mountains to downtown, she is not afraid of chaos or commotion on the trail. She’s seen bikers and runners, heavy traffic, and even trains, and heard loud music!
She loves being out on the trails and will go out by herself or in a group.
Pocket carries a flag, will walk over tarps, drag tarps, and is not afraid of scary objects.
Pocket has also been ridden lightly in English and over cross rails. We are working on collection and scope, and she is very willing and absolutely loves it!
Pocket has a smooth walk, jog, and lope and will stop at your voice and seat!
We have roped off of Pocket, taught kids lessons on her, dragged logs, ridden double and bareback, and even pushed the milk cows around!
This mare loves her people and loves her job.
