Here is our sweet Happy!

Happy is a Percheron and therefore a true heavyweight. She is very gentle in handling but can be somewhat reserved and attentive. For this reason, she is not suitable for beginners. Happy is a horse that needs to trust her rider. She is super calm on the road, ignoring trucks and tractors, and maintains a nice forward rhythm outside. In the riding arena, she is still quite green but eager to work for you.

Happy has strong, healthy hooves and no issues with her stable or trailer. She also has no history of eczema or similar skin problems. Happy is a true companion for other horses and gets along well with any equine.

We would most like to see her go to someone who will take her out regularly and who is confident herself. She is also very suitable for groundwork. We suspect she may have been mistreated in the past, which is why she takes time to trust new people, but she will never kick or bite. She also does not respond well to spurs or whips. She is very responsive to aids.
