Via Roma is a mare foaled in 2021, by Pegase van 't Ruytershof out of a Kashmir van Schuttershof damsire. A horse that stands out: plenty of push off the ground, plenty of go, quick off the floor, careful over the obstacle and with very good technique. She jumped her first competition and was well-behaved and not spooky. A very nice horse that in our opinion has a very good future in the sport of showjumping, and possibly also as a hunter. Suitable from amateur to professional. Sire Pegase van 't Ruytershof jumped very well himself at 1.55m under Jeroen de Winter, but it is above all his offspring that already make him a unique sire. Pegase is a son of Comme il Faut (1.60m) out of a Cornet Obolensky dam. Damsire Kashmir van Schuttershof jumped 1.60m under Philippe Le Jeune (team bronze WEG Jerez 2002) and is a son of Nabab de Reve (1.60m). His offspring include: H&M All In (1.60m, individual silver Rio 2016) Gazelle (1.60m). A careful mare with a good future ahead of her.

Sire Pegase van 't Ruytershof jumped very well himself at 1.55m under Jeroen de Winter, but it is above all his offspring that already make him a unique sire. He breeds blood, attitude and particularly attractive, rideable models; it is no coincidence that many of his progeny have ultimately sold as auction toppers. Pegase is a son of Comme il Faut (1.60m) out of a Cornet Obolensky dam and comes from a unique damline, from which the Grand Prix stallion Jilbert van 't Ruytershof also descends.

Damsire Kashmir van Schuttershof jumped 1.60m under Philippe Le Jeune (team bronze WEG Jerez 2002) and is a son of Nabab de Reve (1.60m); in 2020 he ranked 7th on the WBFSH showjumping sire ranking. His offspring include among others:
H&M All In (1.60m, individual silver Rio 2016, under Peder Fredricson)
Gazelle (1.60m, under Kent Farrington)

Dam Kastella Z carries the valuable genes of Kashmir Van Schuttershof and Major de la Cour, both highly influential in (Belgian) showjumping breeding. Kashmir remains one of the world's leading sires and is renowned through offspring such as Nabab de Rêve, H&M All In, Gazelle and H&M Indiana.

A careful mare with a good future ahead of her.
