Pistol stands roughly 14.3 hands tall with lots of shape and bone. Pistol is built to last a lifetime. Pistol has an incredibly smooth stride that is very comfortable to ride all day. This gelding can go all day and get any job done you need to. Pistol is sure footed crossing wooded areas and rocks; he crosses water with ease and goes wherever he is pointed! He has gathered, sorted pairs, branded calves, doctored yearlings, everything the perfect ranch horse should do! Pistol is no stranger to a long day’s work on the ranch but he also enjoys a nice leisurely trail ride on a Sunday afternoon. Pistol has seen many more outside miles than most horses ever get to see. He is a solid and reliable mount. Pistol has been used on a pack horse string and has done many overnight camping trips. He has also lightly been started on the barrel pattern, along with roping calves and heeling!
