Falada ist bildhüsch, gepaart mit guten Grundgangarten. Er kommt aus einem durchgezüchteten Stutenstamm. Mutter, Großmutter und Urgroßmutter haben die Staatsprämie.  Sein Vater ist der berühmte For Romance I, der schon 10 gekörte Hengste hervorgebracht hat. Viele Staatsprämienstuten gehen auf ihn zurück. Seine Mutter stammt von Londonderry ab, der als ein Stempelhengst in der hannoveranischen Zucht gilt.
