Was anything more fun than doing the “Hokey Pokey” when you was a kid??? Thats still true today, a kid can’t have any more fun than with THE Hokey Pokey!!! Have a kiddo looking to do the all arounds on a flashy pony? Tuck this cute pony under the Christmas tree to make all their dreams come true! Pokey as we affectionately call him is a 13.3hh paint pony that is stout made and doesn’t have a bump or blemish on him. Pokey is the true all around pony he rides english, he jumps, he rides western, he will go around a barrel or down the trail AND he drives! Pokey would be great for smaller adults too, I’m 5’8” and he packs me around like an old pro and is just so fun and honest! Pokey has a comfortable walk/trot and canter, EASY transitions and a great stop. Pokey moves his ribs and shoulders and has the start of a turn on haunches and leg yields. Pokey is one of the most naturally gifted jumpers I’ve seen! He has great scope and he will jump from any distance with confidence. Pokey has a really nice natural head for the hunters and is an A+ mover. I’ve been using Pokey in my lessons and he has taught kids and adults- all have commented how fun he is! He is a quiet pony wns. Or much phases him. He rides great out on trails too- good through water and mud, over deadfall, off roading while trail blazing and is good with others horses and dogs. He’s fine with being on the hard road and passing cars as well as being around farm equipment and other farm animals like cows and pigs etc. He really is the epitome of a trail boss! Pokey stands quietly to be groomed and saddled and is fine to clip and bathe as well as behaved for both the vet and farrier. He loads into any style trailer and hauls nicely- he off loads quietly in new places and requires no prep. Pokey is sound and has no known vices or limitations.
