I’m so excited to introduce to you one of my favorites here at our barn. Meet “Unega” (meaning white in Cherokee). Unega is a 2020 model registered P.O.A. gelding standing roughly 13h. This little guy will steal your heart! He meets you at the gate everytime and always demands attention, especially from his little visitors! Unega is always easy to catch in the field and will follow you around like a dog. He will bathe with ease, stand to be saddled, brideled, and stand like a true gentleman to be mounted and dismounted. He has no bad habits or vices. He loads and unloads with confidence as well as stands for the ferrier. Unega has had an amazing start. He has had professional training as well as a whole semester at the University of Findlay, Ohio Equestrian School, where he was definitely a huge hit! This guy walks, trots, extends his trot, lopes, extends his lope, picks up his correct leads, walks over ground poles, lopes wonderful circles and did i mention he has a killer stop! He has been ridden outdoors as well as in many indoor areas with ease. He does great pattern work and listens to commands. Don’t let his size fool you folks! This guy has a lot of grit to back himself up, he’s not afraid to put in a hard day’s work! Unega has been in some busy situations, he stops, looks, and wants to get closer to check out what all the fuss is about! As he is only just 3 years old he is not 100% finished but will be there VERY shortly! I have personally put the miles on him myself and have owned this little guy for a year and a half now. We have definitely put the time into him here at our barn. He was started and 98% finished right here! My 11 and 13 year old daughters enjoy every minute with him as well! The girls can lead him anywhere, clean his stall with him standing in there, saddle, bridle, bathe, and ride him with no issues. Don’t let this guy slip away! He’s the perfect size and has the up most best personality for any size, age or style of rider. Unega can go English, Western, Ranch riding, trail, you name it he can do it! Unega will ride alone or with a group, as you can see in the video! He has consistently been ridden and has never offered to do anything wrong other then please!
