Doc Holiday is a well built beautiful buckskin gelding standing around 15-15.1hh and he is a 12 years old. Doc has been used around the ranch and he can handle any job that is asked of him. He is handy enough for sorting, he is a great horse to pasture rope off of and he will go to a cow and staty on their heels until you get a loop on them. He is strong to the horn as well. He is an excellent trail horse has been ridden in multiple states from Texas to Kentucky. He will cross creeks, ditches, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. He is safe riding in traffic. He has a smooth jog, lopes off nice, has a good stop, turns a circle both ways and backs with ease! Doc is a confident horse on the trails and will lead the crew, head out alone with no issues! He has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that he is asked too. He has been rode many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed. Doc is not cinchy, cold backed, does not crib or weave. Doc is a horse that you will be proud to own and on that will do any task that is asked of him!!!
