This sweet molly mule is 11 years old and stands a stocky 14.1 hands. She is a very smooth gaited type mule with a slower walk to ride with quarter horses or she will step on out to ride with other gaited stock. Emmylou has countless miles on the trails all over. She previously lived in CO, and has seen lots of the western country. She is very careful where she puts her feet and is surefooted. She will go up and down banks, through water, steps over ditches and deadfall with ease, walks through brush, and crosses bridges. She is comfortable riding around cattle and other livestock and has regularly ridden the pastures checking them. Emmylou is 100% traffic safe. She’s been ridden through town and in parades. Big trucks, motorcycles, pedestrians, and bicycles don’t phase her. She absolutely loves when people want to walk up to her for petting or pictures.
