Oreo ist solide in den Grundgangarten ausgebildet und lief bei mir 1, 5 Jahre im Reitunterricht mit. Er ist shettytypisch sehr unerschrocken, mutig und ein kleiner Frechdachs, der aber, wenn man ihm Grenzen setzt, sehr gehorsam ist und motiviert mitarbeitet. Oreo wurde in meinem Schulbetrieb sehr vielseitig eingesetzt und kennt somit: Abteilungsreiten (läuft an jeder Position), Durcheinanderreiten, Springen bis 70cm, Geländespringen, mehrstündige Ausritte, Longieren, Freispringen, Ponyführen, Handpferdereiten... Dieses Pony ist bei jeder Aufgabe mit Eifer dabei, lässt sich von Kindern problemlos von der Koppel holen, putzen, betüddeln etc., hat noch niemals getreten oder gebissen!! Dennoch ist Oreo kein reines Anfänger-Pony, da er mit seinen 6 Jahren viel Power hat und einen konsequenten Menschen mit Pferdeverstand braucht. Ich verkaufe Oreo nur deshalb, weil ich kaum Reitschulkinder für seine Größe habe und ihm es einfach zu wenig ist, nur 2x pro Woche gearbeitet zu werden. Ich kann mir Oreo sehr gut als Freizeitpony für ein leichtes, nicht zu großes Kind vorstellen, das bereits Reiterfahrung hat und von einer erwachsenen Person unterstützt wird. Auch ein gut geführter Schulbetrieb, der Wert auf das Wohlergehen der Pferde legt, ist denkbar. Oreo wird mit seinem gesamten Zubehör (Zaumzeug, Kappzaum, verschiedene Halfter und Decken) verkauft!
