Baccara ist eine sehr wohl erzogene, brave Stute, die sich am Stall, im Gelände und auf Turnieren immer lieb und vertrauensvoll gezeigt hat. 
Sie ist in Dressurprüfungen bis zur Klasse A vorgestellt, springt aber auch gerne und gut.
Sie hat drei sehr gute Grundgangarten und nimmt die Reiterhilfen auch bei ungeübten Reitern gut an. Sie kennt die Arbeit an der Longe und kann auch mit Hilfszügeln geritten werden.
Baccara ist regelmäßig geimpft, entwurmt und ist rundherum gesund. Ein FEI-Pass ist vorhanden. Für nationale Turniere ist die Messung abgeschlossen.
