Our Emma was born in May 2019 and has been with us since October 2020, imported directly from England.

She performs well in the arena but needs someone who can give her clear guidance, typical for ponies. She goes out alone and in groups on trail rides. This year, she participated in E-level dressage competitions for the first time. There is certainly room for improvement, but she reliably competes in rider competitions. However, she clearly excels in trail rides and trail work, which come more naturally to her.

Unfortunately, the pony has become too small for us, and we have decided, with a heavy heart, to find her a new home after the season, starting in August.

Emma is of medium rank in the herd; she doesn't let just anyone push her around, but once the hierarchy is established, she gets along well with everyone. She has been in a larger mixed herd with us and is currently with a young mare and a gelding.

At first, she can be a bit skeptical, but once she trusts you, she will stick by your side through thick and thin; she has a strong personality. We are looking for a place where she has a job and isn’t just standing around.

Earlier this year, she was presented to the dentist, and there were no findings. She is up to date on vaccinations for competitions, including West Nile Virus, with the next vaccination scheduled for August 14 (tetanus, herpes, influenza). She is regularly seen by an osteopath, at least twice a year, and is shod every 6-7 weeks. Currently, she wears front duplos as we have a lot of hard ground, but she has generally good hooves and could go barefoot depending on her management and workload.

Emma is not a weight carrier. She is currently in third place in the Rheinland-Nassau Association Championship in recreational sports.
