Goose is my personal favorite in the barn, with his puppy dog personality, athletic ability, smooth gates and transition. He a beautiful palomino color with hazel eyes. Goose stands 16 hands & weighs 1300lbs. But don't worry about his size he will side pass to a picnic table, truck bed, log, or trailer fender to make mounting easy. This sweet gelding was given the name Goose short for Mother Goose for his safe, reliability, trusting personality & demeanor. Goose has had one owner & been shown & trained by an Amateur.
You couldn't ask for a better horse. He loves the trail obstacles and enjoys playing with the tarp, flag, and noodles. He's great with dogs and good with traffic. He's been to hundreds of shows and seen the busy atmosphere.
Goose has several world titles & holds more then 200pt in AMATURE EVENTS in the Palomino Association in Equtation, Horsemanship, Hunt-seat, Showmanship, Halter, & Western Pleasure.
If you dream of winning blue ribbons, Goose can make those dreams come true. He has extensive training in Hunt-Seat Western Pleasure, & Showmanship. He also has all the fancy buttons, but he is honest and simple to ride. He's absolutely the same horse everytime you step on him. Great for any Novice, Amature, or beginner. If your looking to get into the ranch shows, Goose can do that too. He has a big beautiful long trot when asked for. You can even pull logs and throw a rope off him.
If you enjoy ground work; Goose is a blast to work on the ground from lunging to halter-less showmanship. Goose has the best confirmation and will do exceptionally well in Halter classes.
Goose is easy to clip and stands for the farrier. Loads in and out of any type of trailer. Stands great at the trailer for day shows and stalls well for long weekend shows.
Goose also enjoys trail riding. He's spent years packing his owner down the trail & around the farm & through cattle. Hes made several trips across to Sonic for Lunch.
