Johnny Cash is solid outside, steady on the trail, and not easily rattled. From crossing the creek, to coming up on deer in the woods, or farm equipment going down the road - he’s been there, seen that, and doesn’t make a fuss. He rides relaxed on a loose rein but is also soft in the bridle and responsive to your seat and leg. He has all the buttons: side pass, turn around, leg yield, but just as easily point and go. He is responsive to your leg and seat cues, with a fun turn around and deep stop off of your seat.
Around the barn, Johnny Cash is a gentleman. He has been in both a stall environment, and turned out on pasture. He is easy to catch, stands quietly to tack, and hauls great. He’s a great size—easy to mount and dismount but built to carry an adult rider with ease.
