Royal Blazing Texas, affectionately known as Patrón, is a 2014 AQHA-registered gelding with a rare combination of versatility, temperament, and proven experience across multiple disciplines. He’s been a dependable part of our program for over a year and has proven himself time and time again. Solid outside, sure-footed, and steady under all circumstances. He’s confident alone or in a group, travels over any terrain, and has seen every type of environment you can throw at him. In the arena, Patrón is a finished barrel horse with a smooth, correct pattern. He’s equally comfortable in English or Western tack, with seamless transitions, a soft mouth, and a willing attitude. He’s also spent time working the sale barn, where he’s been around all classes of livestock, heavy traffic, noise, and high-pressure situations. Patrón rides bareback and bridleless just as well, showing how broke and responsive he truly is. He takes chaotic environments in stride, stays focused, and never gets rattled.
