She is finished on the ranch and has drug more calves to the fire than most horses. Excellent on the trail, goes where you point her with no nonsense. Patron can lope pretty circles in the arena or you can just pleasure ride her, she will take care of you. Patron has gone to play days and done barrels, team roping and breakaway. (She’s not going to take you to the NFR but she will show you a good time.) She doesn’t get hot or worked up either. She’s an absolute doll on the ground as well as in the saddle. Patron is gentle and quiet enough for our little girl to lead her around and ride in the saddle with dad! Patron has no “mule vices”- no kick, not bad with her ears, no buck, spook, or runaway. She has a beautiful handle, she neck reins very nicely, has a great turn around, stops when you ask to stop, side passes to open and shut gates, listens to seat and leg cues well. I truly think that this mule could fit any level rider or program. She rides to the ability of the pilot on top of her and she’s FUN.
