*Successfully completed rider's license and badge with him, dressage license with appropriate training should be no problem

Hermes is a great family horse that can handle just about anything. He jumps well, goes out alone and in groups, enjoys going into the water, and was probably also driven in the past (not tested with us).  
He has regularly participated in desensitization training and has patiently carried small children both in the arena and on trails.  
However, as he tends to test his rider like a pony, he is not a pure beginner's horse. One must be consistent in handling and riding if one wants performance from him; then he will cooperate well.  

Currently, he is in an open stable with 9 geldings and young stallions and holds a high rank in the group. He is also familiar with box stalls with daily turnout or pasture.
