His father Alwin 469 won the championship for older stallions two years in a row, and his offspring are known for very good sport tests/ABFP tests, as well as high STER percentages. One of his sons competed this year at the World Championships in Ermelo/NL, being the first Friesian ever.

Born on March 27, 2024, Arwyn was up and about faster than we all arrived on site.

He has been absolutely confident since birth, is very accommodating, and learns incredibly quickly – even mischievous things (he figured out how to open the stall door at two months old XD). During the day, he stood with his mother (now an award-winning studbook mare) and other mothers with foals in the pasture, and in the evenings, he went into the stall.

On August 31, 2024, he was presented at the DFZ breeding show (3rd premium), was chipped on site, and received green DNA tests. As of September 1, 2024, I weaned him, and since then he has been with other Friesian stallions of the same age at the Wickeschliede stud.

Arwyn comes with the KPFS breeding certificate, the Dutch horse passport, and a weighing passport.

He is regularly dewormed, vaccinated according to his age, and has been declared healthy by the veterinarian (teeth, hooves, and testicles, everything as it should be). Putting on a halter is absolutely unproblematic; he loves being groomed and cuddled, gets into a lot of mischief (like having things placed on him), he gives his hooves easily, and he is familiar with cats, dogs, and children.
