[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Rebecca Gutman, the head of Bonhommes Stud (Germany) has died. An incurable illness took her from life. The stud farm is now to be continued in her spirit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Born in Berlin, Rebecca Gutman successfully managed the Bonhomme Stud<\/strong> in Werder\/Potsdam (Germany) for many years. The stud was formerly founded by her mother Evelyn Gutman. After a short, serious illness, Rebecca was unexpectedly and far too early taken from life.<\/p>\n

Rebecca leaves behind a life’s work that all stallion owners can take as an example. At Bonhomme Stud, she established and lived the philosophy of treating horses with respect<\/strong>. She wanted to prove that top-class sport works based on respectful treatment of the animals and species-appropriate training. And it worked! The Bonhomme Stud produced some famous stallions such as Morricone, Cadeau Noir, Maracana, Fiderdance, Grey Flannel or Zinedream.<\/p>\n

Bonhomme Stud Farm to be continued<\/h2>\n

Her love for animals was often somewhat ridiculed, but she knew what she was doing. Her stallions not only achieved sporting success, but some of them are also highly relevant sires for breeding. Besides her fair treatment of the horses, she was a particularly cheerful and steadfast person with a lot of humour. Her absence leaves a big gap<\/strong> in the Bonhomme stud. But Rebecca’s philosophy shall live on. The stud shall be continued in the spirit of Rebecca Gutman.<\/p>\n
