ehorses Online Giveaway Conditions of Participation

Preamble
The ehorses GmbH & Co. KG, Rittergut Osthoff 5, 49124 Georgsmarienhütte, hereinafter referred to as “organizer” or “ehorses”, organizes a giveaway on the website www.ehorses.com. Participation in this competition and its implementation are subject to the following provisions. By participating in the giveaway, the participants confirm that they agree to these terms and conditions.
Data protection officer
The ehorses GmbH & Co. KG has appointed a representative for data protection. You can contact our company data protection officer by post using the data given above or at the e-mail address: datenschutz@ehorses.de.
Data protection
By participating, the participant agrees that his/her data will be stored by ehorses for the duration of the giveaway and transferred to the cooperation partner for the purpose of processing the prize, who may also store the personal data for the duration of the giveaway. The participant is free to revoke this consent to storage at any time at info@ehorses.de and thus withdraw from participation.
Participation
Eligible to participate are persons of legal age. Minors require the written consent of their legal guardian to participate. Participation on behalf of third parties is excluded. Employees of the organizer as well as their relatives and all persons involved in the competition, especially those who are involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, are excluded from participation.
A person takes part in the giveaway by entering the answer at https://www.ehorses.com/magazine/easter-raffle or https://www.ehorses.com/magazine/ehorses-holiday-week/ and clicking on the “Send” button. A person takes part in the raffle by entering the correct answer. (In both cases, this requires a previous entry with truthful information on the name, first name and e-mail address). In the following, “participants” are defined as those who have submitted a correct answer and thus participate in the raffle.
Closing date for entries
Please refer to the respective giveaway page for the entry deadline. Late entries will not be considered.
How are the winners determined?
At the end of the giveaway, we draw the winners from all participants.
Winnings/win notification
Please refer to the respective giveaway page for the prizes distributed. The winners will be notified by e-mail.
In the case of product tests, the selected testers will be notified by e-mail and asked to register and confirm their participation in the product test within a period of time specified in the e-mail. If the selected winner does not respond within the time limit, winning in the give away will be cancelled and a new winner will be selected.
Liability
With the handing over of the prizes to the respective winners, the organizer is released from any obligation. The organizer is not liable for legal and/or material defects of the prizes that are not provided by the organizer himself. All information provided by the organizer, in particular in connection with the publication of winner names, etc. is provided without liability.
Exclusion from the competition
In case of a violation of these conditions of participation ehorses reserves the right to exclude persons from the giveaway. Excluded are also persons who make use of unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation. If necessary, in these cases, winnings can also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed. Anyone who gives false personal details can be excluded from the competition.
Premature termination of the lottery
ehorses reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. ehorses makes particular use of this possibility if for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, ehorses can demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
Miscellaneous
The judges’ decision is final. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. These conditions of participation can be changed by ehorses at any time without separate notification.
Complaints
Complaints will only be dealt with if they are submitted in writing and mentioning the giveaway under discussion to the responsible office info@ehorses.de via email or in writing to ehorses GmbH & Co. KG, Rittergut Osthoff 5, 49124 Georgsmarienhütte.
